What and why

The listed Nobulex source returns HTTP 451 / repository access blocked through GitHub's API, and the link checker fails on that URL. Remove its two-file integration listing and index row; regenerate the marketplace catalog from the remaining manifests. CONTRIBUTING requires source links an anonymous reader can open. No link-check exemption is added and no differently named product is substituted.

The conflict with current main 2fc39d9 is resolved by regenerating the index/catalog from merged manifests, preserving the newly merged horizonshield-cA2A companion. The original removal commit remains intact; the reconciliation commit has both the original head and main as parents.

Validation

Linux/Python 3.12.14: validate_integrations.py reports 48 integrations / 0 failures. Both generated index and catalog --check commands pass; git diff --check passes. The final delta against main remains the same four listing/index files, with no runtime change. Tested/published tree: 8fba46691333d95df0534bf3ad36dd1d8900bf3f.

No new link crawl was run in this reconciliation; the previously observed upstream access restriction and unrelated xChk timeout are not relabeled current results. No claim about the legal merits of the restriction.

DCO sign-offs retained. Prepared with OpenAI Codex; independent maintainer review and final-head hosted checks remain required.

Local validation reports 48 integrations / zero failures; both generated-file checks and whitespace pass. Tested and published tree match 8fba46691333d95df0534bf3ad36dd1d8900bf3f; GitHub now reports mergeable.

The current-head hosted link check and integration validation pass. Examples still fails in WCM with the inherited model-signing import of missing OpenSSL; I verified that in failed job 119867882928. It is separately addressed by maintainer #362 / retained broader #360. This listing change does not weaken the example check, and I am not claiming the whole CI is green. Prepared with OpenAI Codex.
