The lock regeneration drops the universal Python/platform markers, breaking the supported Python 3.11 Sentinel job. requirements/sentinel-fixed.txt now unconditionally pins numpy==2.5.3 and scipy==1.18.1 instead of retaining the 3.11 alternatives. Reproduced with uv pip install --dry-run --require-hashes --python-version 3.11 -r requirements/sentinel-fixed.txt: no solution because NumPy 2.5.3 requires Python >=3.12. The fixed Sentinel workflow explicitly tests 3.11/3.12/3.13 and its hosted run 39713855865 is failing. requirements/release.txt also loses 3.11/Windows dependencies despite its universal 3.11 generation header. Please preserve the original cross-version/platform markers and constrain the change to the certifi update (or use the correctly marker-preserving overlapping #359), then rerun the affected matrix.
