Summary

• Make the published Foundry Agentic Loop plugin the workshop build entry point, with explicit Rapid and evidence-gated SDD modes while preserving Threadlight as an alternate.
• Align environment setup, generated prompts, skill catalog and playbooks with the bundled skill/canvas/workflow, maintained upstream links, approval gates, mode locks and consent-based recovery.
• Keep legacy skill routes available and preserve genuine runtime-feature preview notices.

Documentation

Updated README, portal specification, facilitator guide, build-skills catalog, Getting Started, related playbooks and template to match the published plugin introduced by github/awesome-copilot#5179.

Verification

• Local preview reviewed by the user before PR creation.
• npm test: 29 tests passed, including the merged Kratos-removal regressions.
• npm run build: passed.
• Browser journeys: 14 passed against development and production previews, including retired routes, plugin source loading, Rapid/SDD hand-offs and mobile layouts.
• Targeted ESLint and git diff --check: passed.
• Full-repository lint has two pre-existing effect-state errors in PlaybookPage and SkillDetail, unchanged by this work.

Base and dependencies

Based on current main at 0cf88e6, including merged #43. No outstanding dependency on another worktree. This PR does not deploy the site.
