docs: submit DevOps best-practice series for human review

Review request

This is the replacement PR for the DevOps best-practice Knowledge articles. The previous PR #857 was reverted by #858 because the articles had not received human review.

Please review the three English articles for technical accuracy, customer-facing wording, product-version references, security boundaries, and the explicit link to the public companion sample repository. Do not merge this PR until a human reviewer has completed that review.

Scope

• docs/en/solutions/Alauda_DevOps_Best_Practices_Overview.md
• docs/en/solutions/From_Commit_to_Production_on_ACP.md
• docs/en/solutions/Managing_Platform_Configuration_and_Onboarding_Isolated_Projects_with_Argo_CD_and_Tekton_on_ACP.md

The generated Chinese files are intentionally not included in this review PR; the repository workflow can generate them after approval and merge.

Validation

• Immutable dependency installation and the full Knowledge-site build passed on the original content.
• The three article files contain Article frontmatter and the expected ACP/DevOps metadata.
• Relative links, anchors, YAML examples, and the public sample link were checked.
• No credentials, customer data, or internal infrastructure values are included.
