Featured selection and order live in src/data/projects.ts. Editorial copy,
career, education and language content live in messages/{en,es,ca}.json.
messages/errors.json contains the small client error dictionary. GitHub enriches
project languages; the curated narrative survives API outages. Project figures
are diagrams, not product screenshots.
Design decisions, baseline, measured results and remaining verification limits
are recorded in docs/redesign.md. Local screenshots and audit
reports are written to the Git-ignored artifacts/ directory. Vercel analytics
remain enabled on Vercel deployments; local servers omit collection scripts.
