Adds the dedicated token-free npm Trusted Publishing workflow for the existing immutable v0.2.0 release. It hard-codes the source commit and GitHub tarball checksum, verifies repository/package identity and payload boundaries, runs the complete source/package suite, exercises a real rollback receipt plus tamper rejection, publishes the exact release tarball, and requires npm provenance and a fresh public pnpm dlx/receipt verification afterward. No product code, version, schema, dependency, or release artifact changes.
