Docs-only change that adds one row to the Ecosystem Plugins table. The linked source repo and the npm package @preloop-ai/opencode-plugin both exist. Public API is unchanged.
The one thing worth fixing is the length and tone of the description cell (see inline comment). The author maintains Preloop (disclosed), so whether to list it is up to maintainers.

This description is much longer than the other rows, and phrases like "the open-source AI agent control plane and software factory" read like marketing rather than a description of the plugin. Could you shorten it to one plain sentence about what the plugin does in OpenCode, like the rows around it? For example: Route tool calls through Preloop for approval (phone, Slack, console) and remote session control.

The plugin connects OpenCode to Preloop, the open-source AI agent control plane and software factory: native tool calls are gated intool.execute.beforeand wait for approval from phone, watch, Slack or the console, and an operator can send a turn into a live session or abort it.
