build-cli fails on dev since #58380 (run):

error: Could not resolve: "@opentui/core-linux-arm64-musl". Maybe you need to "bun install"?

• OpenTUI 0.6.8 musl packages now declare "libc": "musl" (0.6.6 did not).
• Bun 1.4.4 skips other-libc packages unless asked, so the glibc runner never installs them for the musl targets.
• Same fix as fix(opencode): install musl native packages for cross builds on Bun 1.4.4 #58107 on v1:

+  await $`bun install --os="*" --cpu="*" --libc="*" @opentui/core@…

[opencode-agent]

Looks good. I reproduced the build-cli failure on the base: with Bun 1.4.4 on glibc, --target=opencode-linux-arm64-musl fails with Could not resolve: "@opentui/core-linux-arm64-musl". With this change the same target builds successfully. Without --libc=*, the @opencode-ai/pty-linux-*-musl packages were also skipped, and this flag installs them too. tsc -b in packages/cli passes.

The public API is unchanged; only the build script is touched.
