Output of ruff --fix with the py311 target for airflow-core, task-sdk, shared, airflow-ctl and devel-common: timezone.utc becomes datetime.UTC and typing_extensions imports move to typing. No behaviour change. Landing these before the requires-python bump keeps lint green at every layer, because ruff infers its target from the nearest pyproject.toml.
