…t-exchange-timestamp apache#2069 added the property without a test. The two tests check that the camel.exchanges.last.timestamp gauge is registered by default and is not registered with camel.metrics.record-last-exchange-timestamp=false.

CAMEL-26415: tests for
camel.metrics.record-last-exchange-timestamp, which #2069 added without one.MicrometerRecordLastExchangeTimestampEnabledTest: with the defaults, the starter's exchange event notifier registers thecamel.exchanges.last.timestampgauge, and an exchange updates it.MicrometerRecordLastExchangeTimestampDisabledTest: withcamel.metrics.record-last-exchange-timestamp=false, the gauge is not registered.The camel-micrometer-starter tests pass (7). With the
setRecordLastExchangeTimestamp(...)line removed fromCamelMetricsAutoConfiguration, the disabled test fails, so the tests cover the property wiring.The last CI run on #2069 predates apache/camel#28729, so it failed to compile. Nothing has built the starter on
mainsince #2069 was merged. This PR's CI is the first build of it against the current Camel snapshot.
