The long description of your problemThere is no Upload SSL Certificate option on Cloudstack 4.20.0.
I want to use domain URL instead of public IP but currently I am unable to upload the certificate because there is no Upload SSL Certificate option on Cloudstack GUI.
There's an option to do so in /client/#/infrasummary it should be near the breadcrumbs. However if you'd like to use domain name with SSL, you need to setup nginx config separately for Mgmt server, cpvm, ssvm. each should have their own config file.
You could also use cloudmonkey to upload the certs.

@vanquyen020920 are you using a proxy (and can you try if it works to bypass the proxy for uploading the certificates)?
