System VM not visible #12667

   Hello team,

   Cloudstack version - 4.19.2.0

   We have deleted the System VM; however, even after deletion, the System VMs are still not visible in the zone. Due to this issue, we are unable to delete the template. Please find the logs below for reference.

   Please check the attached logs and advise if any further details or inputs are needed from our side.

   can you check

   • if there is a record in template_zone_ref for the zone and template
   • if there is a record in template_store_ref for the template and image stores in the zone

   We have changed the VM type from ROUTING TO SYSTEM .

   What do we have to do next because the system vm is not showing in the ACS
