Yes. I originally created this PR, but no email notification was sent to the list for some reason. I am not sure why, but I suspected it was because I had forked the santuario repo. So I created a second PR and only used a branch off the main repo, and that seemed to work, and the email notification was sent out. So I will close this PR. |

Fix bit masking issue when checking. Check for invalid key packets when unmarshalling PGPData from XML.
