Removes [nx](https://github.com/nrwl/nx/tree/HEAD/packages/nx). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [nx](https://github.com/nrwl/nx/tree/HEAD/packages/nx), [@angular-eslint/builder](https://github.com/angular-eslint/angular-eslint/tree/HEAD/packages/builder) and [@angular-eslint/schematics](https://github.com/angular-eslint/angular-eslint/tree/HEAD/packages/schematics). These dependencies need to be updated together.
