Corrects stale numbers in the README and AGENTS.md that had drifted from the source:

• README: test count 255 → 273
• README: filesize.js line count 286 → 310
• README: helpers.js line count 538 → 641
• AGENTS.md §2.0: test count ~149 → ~273

Verified against node --test (273 tests, 273 pass) and wc -l on the source files.
