Combines the open dependabot updates into one lock change: - fastjsonschema 2.22.1 -> 2.22.2 - isort 9.0.1 -> 9.0.2 - ijson 3.5.1 -> 3.6.0 - cfn-lint 1.48.1 -> 1.57.2 - ruff 0.17.0 -> 0.17.1 (ICN001 now flags the layer canary, aliased datetime as dt)

Changes
Combines the five open dependabot updates into a single lock change, so we run the quality checks once instead of five times:
ruff 0.17.1 flags one more ICN001 (
datetimeimported without thedtalias) inlayer_v3/layer/canary/app.py, fixed here the same way as #8553.I ran
ruff check,ruff format --check,mypy, the validator, streaming and unit suites with the new versions. The dependabot PRs stay open until this is merged.User experience
No runtime change. fastjsonschema and ijson are the only non-dev packages, both patch or minor bumps.
