- minimal set of required fields listed for features.
- remove readonly settings from responses.
- missing type on macsec keys.
- removing readonly from providers that have no post methods
- list providers should be a list of providers

at least one of ipv4 or ipv6 is expected, but don't explicitly require one or the other on the spec. providers decide which are required for their partnership.
