Feature request: Collections and threads notes support

There are personal notes in the web interface, but in the CLI, only contact notes are available.

I expected that agents would also be able to leave notes in imbox, threads and collections. Both on my behalf if I grant access to my account, and on behalf of the model if I add it as a separate user to my collection.

I planned that the agent would leave additional context about the thread and its actions with a specific thread, and a summary of events in the collection, in the form of notes. Currently, this functionality is missing.
