Apply the patch/minor updates from #92 across the npm plugins: - vite 8.3.4 -> 8.3.5 (devbox-provider, github-watcher, kubernetes-provider, linear, multi-repo, repo-dashboard, slack, stewards, team-setup, thread-briefs, workstreams) - @pierre/diffs 1.5.2 -> 1.6.1 (multi-repo, thread-briefs, workstreams) and 1.2.9 -> 1.6.1 (pr-inbox) - @anthropic-ai/sdk 0.135.0 -> 1.2.0 (workstreams) Dropped: the six pr-inbox major bumps (@types/node 26, better-sqlite3 13, typescript 7, vitest 5, jsdom 30, sonner 2), and the diff-explorer typescript 5.9.3 -> 7.0.2 bump, whose tests fail against the TypeScript 7 compiler API (ts.ScriptTarget / ts.ScriptKind).
