Type-check, lint, format check, tests with coverage, build, generated docs and README translation checks, production dependency audit and a production licence allow-list. Adds the test:cov script. Permissions are declared per job. Restores the trusted-publishing job for @bootgs/utils (repository bootgs/utils, environment npm) and attaches a CycloneDX SBOM of the production tree to each release.
