The moto S3 test server install already pulls in the cryptography manylinux wheel, so a plain "pip install --no-binary cryptography" kept that wheel (statically linked OpenSSL) and the dynamic libcrypto check failed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The linux binary jobs failed in the "Build cryptography against the system OpenSSL" step (e.g. the 2.0.0b25 tag run): the moto S3 test server install already pulled in the cryptography manylinux wheel, so
pip install --no-binary cryptography cryptographywas a no-op and the check for a dynamically linked libcrypto failed.Adding
