Adds Webcmd to Agent infrastructure, placed by star count (1.6k) between BrowserSkill and numbat per the sorting rule.
Webcmd is a terminal tool for coding agents: it drives a real browser to learn how a site is navigated, then compiles that into deterministic per-site CLI commands the agent reuses. Ships as installable Claude Code / Codex skills. Open source, Apache-2.0, actively maintained.
