由于GitHub stargazer API的限制，原Star History图表已无法正常显示。已将README.md、README.EN.md和README.zh-TW.md中的图表地址更新至新来源，恢复Star History图表的正常展示。

当前README中的Star History图表因GitHub stargazer API的限制已经无法正常显示，影响项目展示。本PR将三个README（简体中文、繁体中文、英文）中的图表图片地址与链接更新至新的Star History来源（star-history.dera.page），使图表恢复正常。所有仓库主页的Star History图表将由同一来源提供，无需再依赖已失效的API。
