Bumps
buckaroo/_version.pyto 1.0.0 and updates the version assertions intests/unit/test_package.py.The previous v1.0.0 tag was cut while
_version.pystill said 0.2.1, so the publish workflow rebuilt 0.2.1 and PyPI rejected it with "file already exists".
