Records cachekit-py's three new fixture copies from cachekit-py#561 in conformance/sdks.json, at its merge commit d49b984, and regenerates conformance/coverage.md.

  • encryption.json 1.5.0 (first time recorded), cache-keys.json 1.3.0 and the current python-frame.json. Every cachekit-py copy was re-hashed at d49b984 and at py main (3c1ceb0, identical); all nine equal this repo's current fixtures, and only those three changed.
  • Coverage for cachekit-py: covered 7 → 12, partial 81 → 86, uncovered 15 → 5. KEY-2, KEY-6 to KEY-9 become covered; the ENC, PRE and KEY requirements the new tables reach move to partial (gap). No other SDK's cell changes.
  • Feature matrix, Test vectors in CI cachekit-py cell and note ¹⁶: the three copies (unreleased), and one deviation: two keyring.configuration cases (keyring_current_key_decrypt_only and its uppercase twin, current key given as master_key=) run as strict expected failures naming ENC-9, because cachekit-py refuses the repeated current key only on the first call, not at load. Note ¹⁶ now gives this repo's encryption.json as 1.5.0 and cache-keys.json as 1.3.0, with what each later revision adds.

python3 tools/conformance.py check --base origin/main passes, and tools/test_conformance.py passes all 284 cases with no pin change.

Overlap: #186 (cachekit-rs) and #187 (cachekit-ts) edit the same matrix row, the same note ¹⁶ sentence on encryption.json's version, sdks.json and coverage.md. Each matrix row and note is one line, so whichever of the three lands later rebases: keep every SDK's clauses, take one wording for the 1.5.0 sentence (the three say the same thing), and regenerate coverage.md. The cachekit-ts and cachekit-rs claims on main that their main has since overtaken (ts encryption.json 1.3.0, rs python-frame.json) are left to those two PRs.

Closes LAB-8295

Stale: this review is pinned to a9b4a36, not the head dfa1c12, and every thread it opened is resolved.

… 1.3.0 and current python-frame copies

cachekit-py#561 vendors encryption.json 1.5.0 for the first time and re-vendors cache-keys.json 1.3.0 and python-frame.json. Record them at its merge commit, regenerate coverage.md, and state the copies and the one ENC-9 deviation in the feature matrix.

…t runs

Note 16 said cachekit-py runs every encryption.json row that binds it, but it runs no sealed decrypt or keyring.vectors row and two keyring.configuration cases are strict expected failures. Name what it runs and the ENC-9 deviation; tighten the cache-keys sentence and the changelog title.
