chore(changeset): release the packages whose links #1000 moved

This PR adds one changeset, so that the next release republishes the nine packages whose source links still point at folders that #1000 removed. A changeset is a file in .changeset/ that tells the release tooling which packages to release, and what to write in their changelogs.

Nine published packages link to a folder that no longer exists

#1000 moved every TypeScript package from packages/ to languages/typescript/packages/. Each version published before that still links to the old folder, in its README and in repository.directory. That package.json field names a package's source folder. Those links return 404 until each package releases again.

freshtonic raised this in their review of #1000.

The stack family is already fixed

The stack family released 1.2.1 from main on 2 October 2026, after #1000 merged, in Version Packages PR #1020. On npm, stash, @cipherstash/stack, @cipherstash/stack-drizzle, @cipherstash/stack-prisma, @cipherstash/stack-supabase and @cipherstash/wizard 1.2.1 all name their folder under languages/typescript/packages/. The stash-edge and stash-supply-chain-security skills inside stash 1.2.1 already use the new paths.

So this PR no longer releases those six packages for their links, and no longer has a changeset for the skills.

The stack family changelogs will list the dependency update only. None of these versions is on npm yet.

This PR waited for two fixes, and both are on main

• The release.yml race, Linear issue CIP-4276. fix(release): wait for npm before changeset publish, and decide the EQL assets from npm and the tags #1026 merged on 3 October 2026. The release job now waits for npm to list the protect-ffi packages before changeset publish runs.
• protect-ffi's release build, Linear issue CIP-4282. ci: share the C library check and build musl protect-ffi in Alpine #1027 merged on 3 October 2026. It builds the musl binary in Alpine, checks every Linux binary's C library before packing, and pins mise. That pin fixed the gnu builds that mise 2026.10.0 broke.

ffi-preflight.yml passed against main after both merged, in run 37083686113. That run is a dry run of the protect-ffi release. All seven builds and both smoke tests passed, and every Linux binary links the expected C library.

How it was checked

• The branch is rebased onto main at 3e8f6cb8.
• pnpm test:scripts passes 1,227 tests, with 29 skipped, the same as on main, and pnpm run code:check passes.
• npm view confirms that none of the next versions exists yet.
