fix(js): keep the Device Intelligence token per instance on a shared origin - #10536
ClerkJS stored the Device Intelligence token once per origin. When one origin served more than one Clerk instance, for example an app switching from development to production keys, an instance could send the token acquired for another one, and its sign-ins and sign-ups could be blocked by Device Intelligence checks.
The token is now stored per instance, keyed by the instance's Frontend API. Tabs of the same instance still share one token. Tokens stored by earlier versions are ignored.

Protect initialization now passes the Frontend API to session creation. ProtectSession uses that value to scope token storage and acquisition locks. Tests cover token reuse and isolation across instances, including cross-tab lock behavior. A patch changeset records the per-instance token storage change.
clerk/javascript#10275: Changes ProtectSession lock deadlines and polling, which operate on the per-instance lock and store introduced here.
clerk/javascript#10276: Changes how late loader results are stored; those reads and writes must use the same per-instance key for isolation.

Keep the acquisition lock shared across instances
When two Clerk instances on the same page start classic inline token loaders concurrently, these instance-specific locks no longer protect the page-wide __clerk_specter global. Both loaders can run before the first #mint() resumes from its await, allowing the second loader to overwrite the global; the first session then sees a foreign CID and reports no_token, which may block that instance's authentication. The token stores should remain instance-scoped, but acquisition must either use the shared lock or store inline results per instance/CID.

Major · Functional Correctness · Heavy lift
Preserve each inline token during concurrent acquisition.
If two Clerk instances load inline token scripts in one document, the new lock keys let both scripts run concurrently. Both scripts write __clerk_specter. If the second script writes before the first session reads the global, the first session sees the wrong cid and reports no_token instead of its token. Keep inline acquisition serialized across instances, or store each script result by cid. The new cross-instance test serves and reads each token sequentially, so it does not cover this overlap.
