Superseded by cloudnative-pg/cloudnative-pg#11710 (CloudNativePG docs) and cloudnative-pg/plugin-barman-cloud#1173 (plugin docs). The docs repo only holds the versioned copies, so the change has to land in the main projects first. Closing. |

Barman Cloud supports AWS S3 as reference. Issues seen only on a third-party object store must be solved with the storage vendor. Say so in the object stores page. Based on cloudnative-pg/docs#44 by @josh-heyer. A colleague had a customer who encountered some issues with a third-party S3 provider; apparently there are a few potential causes for this, but the relevant notes in the Barman docs are a little hard to find (from the CNPG docs).
Something akin to this might also be a useful addition to the equivalent page in the Barman Cloud plugin docs.
