Scope
Add eight offline DriveUsers collection/singleton GET and DELETE tests through the real installed SDK and Requests fake adapter. Update the finite installed-wheel runner assertion from 228 to 236 tests. No production, dependency, workflow, MFA or other test changes.
Qualification
Exact standalone two-file patch independently reviewed SAFE_FOR_PUBLICATION against base b844265. Patch SHA256: 06c207fa93467bbc112f127f99168625f6de8e5d35a7d74e9bdeb334539c5786. Local Python 3.12 baseline 228/candidate 236 installed-wheel tests passed, independently reproduced. Hosted Python 3.10–3.12 installed-wheel CI is required before merge.
Fixtures characterize request routing, response/error decoding, redirects and timeout propagation; no live provider, automatic pagination, release or deployment claim. Existing DriveUsers.create/PUT coverage is preserved. PR #18 is excluded.
