Summary

Incorporates and supersedes the session/OTP intent of historical #18 with a separately reviewed implementation on current master. This is a new owned branch; #18 and its author's branch are unchanged. The historical #18 head is not the accepted implementation.

• Explicit caller-supplied OTP authentication with bounded one-attempt behavior; no automatic OTP regeneration or hidden challenge replay.
• Explicit OTP + Digest is unsupported and rejected before dispatch; ordinary Digest is preserved.
• Eleven offline MFA regressions, with the installed-wheel runner count updated from 236 to independently discovered 247. All DriveUsers regressions remain intact.
• MFA-NOTES.md preserves protocol authority and limits: owner-relayed DevOps clarification is unpublished; public documentation refresh remains pending. Caller-customized Session hooks/auth retain the documented boundary.

Independent local Python 3.12 installed-wheel qualification: pristine baseline 236 PASS; candidate 247 PASS. Fresh hosted installed-wheel Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 must all pass before expected-head guarded merge.

No live authentication, real OTP, enrollment, credentials, cloud operations, release or deployment was performed. This is bounded SDK source qualification, not public-contract closure or full portfolio acceptance.
