All 151 tracked file bytes verified, 148 protected files unchanged. Hosted configured installed-wheel suite must pass Python 3.10/3.11/3.12. No configured lint gate, no live cloud tests, no release/dependency adoption or whole-operation closure claimed. Unrelated PR18 untouched.
