Bounded change

Add Accounts.check_login() posting {} to the documented account check-login action, accepting the documented empty HTTP 200 acknowledgment. A narrow GenericClient.post_empty_ack leaves other decoding/authentication policies unchanged. Add five offline tests and update the finite suite count from 271 to 276.

Qualification

Independent SAFE review binds base 550c696a089349adfe79385626fe888a3471aad6, tree 09d84cfa1b005dcfff5bc4a710d9b8758a203164, patch SHA256 08174d074e7aac0bd0013152cb92af1f05bbdc4e1282255152f3dc5834b818e9. All 152 tracked bytes verified. Independent installed-wheel Python 3.12 baseline 271 PASS, candidate 276 PASS, five focused PASS; adversarial privacy/auth/redirect/timeout/session-ownership probes PASS. Hosted installed-wheel Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 matrix required before ordinary exact-head merge.

Limits

Empty acknowledgment only, not UUID/session/cookie/OTP/Bearer/live authentication qualification. Existing empty 204 decoding is inherited, not a new status contract. Synthetic Basic one-dispatch proof is not universal auth exchange proof. No releases, dependency adoption, live credentials or PR18 changes.
