Pull request overview

Cuts the cloudsmith-cli v1.26.0 release by updating the project version metadata and promoting the relevant changelog entries into a dated release section.

Changes:

  • Bump the recorded CLI version from 1.25.0 to 1.26.0 (cloudsmith_cli/data/VERSION, .bumpversion.cfg).
  • Move previously-unreleased changelog items under a new ## [1.26.0] - 2026-08-26 heading and correct the release placement of the Cargo credential provider entry (CHANGELOG.md).
