The grouped surviving-mutant pull requests (cncf#1789, cncf#1790, cncf#1793, cncf#1794, cncf#1795) lifted the full-tree mutation score from 82.09% to 96.24% (167 survivors, none without coverage). The pull_request lane scores only the files a change touches, so the gate is set to clear the weakest file on main (the end user data sources at 92-94%) rather than the full-tree figure; the two files below it, mdx-escape.mjs and profile-image.mjs, are being raised by the held cncf#1782 and cncf#1784.
