Description

This PR fixes the GitHub Actions validation workflow path for the PR check script.

The workflow was invoking:
python scripts/validate_pr.py

but the actual file is located at:
.github/scripts/validate_pr.py

This mismatch caused the job to fail with:
"python: can't open file .../scripts/validate_pr.py: [Errno 2] No such file or directory"

The workflow has been updated to call the correct script location, so the PR validation runs as intended.
