Brief

Goal. The plan says that the laptop's games have their covers. codedogapp/homelab#46, the homelab-games-covers step, gave them the user's Twitch app, which came the same day as decision 309.

Scope. docs/plan.md:

• §0: the games-exophase row is "Done (feat(gateway): forward /api/games to the games service #188)", without the wait for a Twitch app.
• §8.2: homelab-games-covers is done (codedogapp/homelab#46), and homelab-games says its games came without covers until then.
• Decision 309: one sentence, that the app came the same day and codedogapp/homelab#46 added it.
• Decision 305: "Not yet checked live" becomes "Checked live": with the user's app, the real Twitch and IGDB found a cover for each of the user's three games.

Out of scope. Code. The covers have worked since #186, on the Mac once the client ID is set, as docs/setup.md says.

Acceptance criteria.

1. mise run check passes.
2. No line in the docs says that the laptop's covers, or IGDB's live check, still wait for a Twitch app.

QA

• BAKHYARD_E2E_PORT=8380 mise run check on c68095e, with main at c2ba98b merged in: green.
• A search of docs/ and the README for the wait finds no line left.
• codedogapp/homelab#46 is merged (caeb73e), and Flux has applied it. The games Deployment reads the client ID from games-settings, and the secret from games-secrets at /secrets, mode 0440. Its pod waits for the Secrets until the user's homesecret sync.
