Description
The version switcher added in #10135 sends "Latest (in-progress)" to codeigniter4.github.io/userguide/. That is the GitHub Pages site of codeigniter4/userguide, which only updates on a release, so both options in the switcher show the same release build.

The develop build is deployed by deploy-userguide-latest.yml to the gh-pages branch of this repo and served at codeigniter4.github.io/CodeIgniter4/, the URL the README already links as the in-progress guide. This PR points the option there.

Just a question, should we have the upcoming 4.8 release's docs in the version switcher?

Yes, I'm planning to have 3 toggles: the released stable, the in-progress develop, and the in-progress next minor (4.8)
