Nice to meet you! My name is Jorge. I'm from NYC.
I'm a software engineer. Title-wise, I'm a tech lead, staff engineer, and senior engineering manager. I've done all of them.
I have been using a computer for as long as I remember and have been making websites since middle school and programming in javascript and python since high school. I graduated from the City College of New York with a BS in Computer Science.
In my freetime you can find me spinning a flowstar, playing mahjong, organizing game nights, taking and editing photos, biking, swimming, and drawing. Most of my nights are either spent yapping, partying, doom scrolling, or vibe coding now. I like to automate everything about my life, make both computer games and board games, and tinker with computer networks and security, software-defined radio, linux severs, and raspberry pis.
My knowledge of all things linux, servers, and bash with config files
