Whoever reads a prompt, agents included, can now tell it was spoken and may hold transcription errors. The marker goes in front of the first dictated text of a draft, on desktop, web and iPhone, and stays out of thread titles. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Dictated prompts looked exactly like typed ones, so nobody reading them, agents included, could tell they were spoken and might hold transcription errors.
Dictation now puts
[STT]in front of the first dictated text of a draft, on desktop, web and iPhone. It sits before the spoken text rather than at the start of the draft, so a typed/commandstays the first word. Rewritten ("Reinschrift") prompts and the clipboard fallback carry it too; thread title seeds leave it out.The helper has its own subpath export because importing
voice-input/index.tspullscontroller.tsinto web's typecheck, which fails onPromise.withResolvers. Two existing effects inuseDictation.tsalso got the lint reasons the pre-commit hook requires.Tests:
vp test runfor the controller, marker and title files, and for mobile's voice-input folder;tscfor client-runtime, web and mobile. Not tried by hand in a running app.Done with Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code.
