docs: title the homepage with the mission, and fix the App install step - #63
Conversation
The App installs today from github.com/apps/commit-check, and installs are what the paid plans wait on, so make it the first thing a visitor can act on: - The hero's primary button installs the App; it used to open the Action guide. - In "Where it runs" the App takes the highlighted middle card, flagged "Fastest to set up". The Action keeps its card, without the flag. - The Team plan card linked the App repository, which is private, so visitors got a 404. It now links the App guide's Plans section, and says what that section already says: until the plan launches, the App checks an organization's private repositories at no charge. - The AI attribution article and Getting started point GitHub users at the App before the CLI setup.
Newline and tab still move the cursor, so the note now says a commit message cannot send control sequences to the terminal, or workflow commands to a GitHub Actions runner.

The search-result title still called Commit Check a "commit message & branch name linter"; it now carries the same line as the rest of the site. The App guide sent readers to a Marketplace page that is not public yet; installs happen on the App's own page. The "What you get" summary now says AI coding agents' commits are checked, as the section it links to already does.

The summary now uses the same qualifier as the bots section it links to.
Before: the homepage's browser and search-result title read "Commit Check — Commit message & branch name linter for Git", even though everything else on the site says "Commit policy as code for teams and AI agents". The App guide's Install section opened with "On the Marketplace page, pick the account", but the Marketplace listing isn't public yet. Its "What you get" summary still said that commits by bots are skipped. The getting-started tip had the heading "want nothing to install?" right above an "Install the GitHub App" link, and it said "every push".
After:
<title>The App doesn't check tag pushes or branch deletions, which is why the tip now says "every push to a branch". The "What you get" line now uses the same qualifier as the bots section it links to.
How:
seo_titleindocs/index.md, two sentences indocs/guides/github-app.md, and the tip indocs/getting-started.md.python -m pytest tests/ -qpasses (18 tests, commit-check 2.19.3), and so doesmkdocs build --strict. I checked the rendered<title>and both guide sentences in the built pages.
