feat(forms): auto-save survey, invitation and feedback answers until sent - #1093

…sent A failed submit (eg. a stale Server Action after a deploy) replaced the page with the error boundary and lost everything the user had typed. End-user SchemaForms now keep their input in localStorage while typing, restore it on the next visit with a discard option, and clear it on the success page. Opt-in per call site; hard anonymous surveys stay out. Drafts are keyed by the signed-in profile so shared browsers do not leak answers. Also fixes processFormData, which stored MultiSelect choices under the wrong key and dropped RadioMatrix values, and nested MultiSelect/RadioMatrix input names that ignored the MultiItemField prefix. …out of drafts Discarding a restored draft triggered the form's click listener, which wrote the emptied form back as a new draft half a second later; pagehide did the same. Saving now pauses after discard until the user records a new answer. Fields with encryptTo are left out of the draft so they never sit in plaintext in localStorage. Suppressing saves until an input or change event meant a DateTimeInput day pick after discard, which only produces a click, never resumed autosaving. Saves are now skipped only while the form still equals what it showed right after its last mount, which also stops a bare focus click on an untouched form from writing an empty draft. The survey and program form response lists titled two columns "created at (original)" and "created by (original)" but read the current revision's fields, so an admin edit replaced the respondent's name with the admin's.
