This PR modifies Dockerfile, which is listed in REVIEW_PROTECTED_PATHS. The PR body provides sufficient context (Renovate-generated minor Docker tag bump 1.26.7 → 1.27.1 for docker.io/library/golang on release-v0.7), but human approval is always required for protected-path changes regardless of context.
