Run on a clean copy of this branch and of current development, Node 24 / npm 11:

• npm ci succeeds and the lock file is in sync with package.json
• npm audit: 16 findings (1 critical, 8 high) → 10 (0 critical, 5 high)
• npm audit --omit=dev (what actually runs): 4 findings → 0. Fixed: proxy-addr (critical), body-parser (high), morgan and qs (moderate).
• The 10 remaining findings are all dev-only (eslint and its tooling, tmp, inquirer, rimraf, glob, minimatch).

Not verified: the app does not start (already true on development)

There are no tests or build scripts here, and I could not start the app to check express 5.3.0 and morgan 1.12.1 at runtime, on this branch or on development:

• app.js and middlewares/index.js both require('helmet'), but helmet is not in package.json or the lock file (and never was), so startup fails with Cannot find module 'helmet'.
• With a throwaway stub for helmet, and again with the real helmet installed, startup then fails on both with watch requires chokidar to be installed. app.js calls nunjucks.configure('views', { watch: true, ... }), and nunjucks needs chokidar (an optional peer dependency, ^3.3.0) when watch is on. chokidar is not declared or installed here.

So there are two undeclared dependencies, helmet and chokidar. I did not try adding both, so I don't know whether the app then runs fully. I left all of this alone as a separate fix. Because of it, please treat the express / morgan upgrade as install-and-audit verified only.
