Rebased onto main to resolve the merge conflict in Directory.Packages.props (trivial: kept main's Verify.XunitV3 31.27.0 alongside this PR's Verify.TUnit 31.19.1 bump) and force-pushed. However, CI is genuinely red, not flaky, and has failed consistently across 8+ runs since 2026-06-18 for the same reason: error NU1109: Detected package downgrade: TUnit.Core from 1.53.0 to centrally defined 1.48.6 — Verify.TUnit 31.19.1 requires TUnit.Core >= 1.53.0, but Directory.Packages.props still pins TUnit.Core to 1.48.6. Fixing this requires also bumping TUnit.Core (and TUnit) to a compatible version, which is a substantive dependency change beyond a trivial merge-conflict resolution, so leaving this for manual follow-up rather than force-merging.
