confluentinc/cp-kafka 8.x removed ZooKeeper support entirely, so the Testcontainers.Kafka default consensus protocol no longer applies and the broker fails to start with 'KAFKA_PROCESS_ROLES is not set'. Also works around a Testcontainers.Kafka bug where, without at least one additional listener, the generated KAFKA_ADVERTISED_LISTENERS value ends in a trailing comma; Kafka 4.x (bundled with cp-kafka 8.x) rejects that as an empty listener entry.
