Bump Terraform provider from v1.127.0 to v1.128.0 - #6323

Regenerate bundle/internal/tf/schema and the DABs field map. v1.128.0 removes the browse fields (browse_only, include_browse) from the ai_gateway mcp_service, model_provider_service, and model_service resources and data sources, matching the same removal in databricks-sdk-go v0.171.0. The v1.128.0 databricks_job schema gains a triggers attribute (matching the SDK's job triggers), so terraform state dumps now include "triggers": []. Regenerated migrate/basic and migrate/permissions; migrate/default-python builds a Python wheel and cannot run on this host (no PyPI), so its single line was applied at the position CI reported.
