Preserve strict correction, suppressed-request and navigation assertions. Match synthetic location and availability filtering to the existing API, with boundary coverage. Record local browser validation and the new dependency audit blocker.

Adds Expo / React Native seeker discovery with public search, supported filters and sorting, cursor pagination, gallery, coarse location, published reputation and English/French UI.
The complete listing inquiry panel follows the supplied reference: whole-XAF pricing and period, availability and actual confirmation date, public provider initials/name/role, separate current identity-verification and property-authority-declaration rows, ownership disclaimer, viewing/message buttons and meet-first safety guidance. Mobile facts precede the card; the same component serves the wide sidebar. Existing commercial terms, gallery, loading/retry, invalid-filter correction, request suppression and navigation assertions are preserved.
Provider context is an optional public-detail projection. The producing SQL statement checks the current provider/property relationship, identity source-case subject/applicant and statement-time validity. Private contact details, legal identity and internal case/account identifiers remain excluded. Search output is unchanged, older responses render safely and existing multiline public names remain supported. A declaration does not imply verified ownership.
Contact buttons explicitly continue to the existing authenticated web listing/contact/conversation flow through a trusted configured
EXPO_PUBLIC_WEB_URL. Existing session, phone, CSRF, idempotency and block checks remain in force; viewing arrangements continue from the conversation. Nothing is submitted automatically. Missing or invalid configuration disables contact with localized feedback. Only the isolated CI TEST export uses the reserved example.test destination. The existing DST regression now anchors its synthetic provider verification validity to its frozen clock. This prevents real runner time from invalidating the test provider before the mocked reminder. All original duration, reminder-offset and two-notice assertions remain; current eligibility and Paris offset assertions were added. Production worker and authorization behavior are unchanged. The earlier MATERIALIZED reminder-batch correction remains intact.
Validation at ececeb6, tree 72084b4d9e6b65b5268fc9b925f37f120fd3b467, base e271b49:
Read-only synthetic owner preview: http://localhost:8085. Its contact controls are visibly disabled because no trusted local web origin is configured; configured handoff is separately tested. Before/after viewer and immutable evidence remain ignored locally. All 29 protected worktrees, existing edits, environment files, credentials, services and data are preserved.
PR remains draft and unmerged, awaiting owner visual review. Native-device, screen-reader, real-account and G3-wide acceptance remain NOT RUN.
