Short Summary (TL;DR)

Adds Webblandskapet as a featured sponsor. They publish no SVG, so the logo is rebuilt from the WebP on their site.

How This PR Solves The Issue

Part Built as
WEBB, mountain, baseline Stroked paths fitted to the WebP
landskapet Traced with potrace, since no font matched

The dark variant is the same file in white, as on their site. The entry has no github field.

Manual Testing Instructions

Compare https://pr-755.ddev-com-fork-previews.pages.dev/#supporters with https://ddev.com/#supporters in light and dark themes. Webblandskapet should be in the last row, at a similar size to its neighbors.

Check the logo in both badges on the preview:

## Short Summary (TL;DR)

Adds Webblandskapet as a featured sponsor, with an SVG logo traced from the WebP logo on their site because they publish no SVG.

## How This PR Solves The Issue

Webblandskapet's site only has `wl-logo.webp` and `wl-logo-neg.webp`, and there is no press page or SVG elsewhere, so the logo was traced with potrace from the black WebP, which is a single solid color. The WebP was enlarged 4x and slightly blurred before tracing, which keeps the straight stems and round line ends of WEBB, and then optimized with svgo to 7.7 KB. The dark variant is the same file with a white fill, which is what their own site uses on dark backgrounds. The entry has no `github` field because a GitHub sponsorship is not confirmed. If they send an official SVG, it should replace this one.

## Manual Testing Instructions

Compare https://20261015-stasadev-add-webbla.ddev-com-front-end.pages.dev/#supporters with https://ddev.com/#supporters in both light and dark themes, using the theme toggle in the header. The Webblandskapet logo should be in the last row next to in2code and 84EM, similar in size to them.

Then open both badges on the preview and check the logo is in the last row and not cut off:
