Moves the Unreleased lines into a 2.3.0 section dated 2026-10-22, with a short intro and the compare links. Part of BITS-384

Tested: only CHANGELOG.md changes against main.

Looks good at ac58605. Text only, checked against origin/main (0 commits behind).

  • Nothing lost: the only removed lines are merges. #294 joins #293's line in Fixed, and #242's "unknown filter or sort shows your forms" sentence joins #248's line, now (#242, #248). The meaning is the same.
  • Re-pointing is right: #268, #271 to #277 and #279 to #281 are closed, #282 is merged, and #282's body lists each of them as included. #269 and #278 were merged on their own and keep their numbers.
  • 2 Upgrade step lines (#242 sort, #296 php.ini), matching the intro. Both are in the release notes' "Before you update".
  • The #296 line is first under Security. The footer links and the new empty [Unreleased] are right.
  • Every point in the release notes draft matches a line in the 2.3.0 section. Only "Back up your database and APP_KEY first, as always" is not in this section, which is fine as general advice.
