Move matrix row buffers during filtering and sorting instead of copying them.
Peak memory fell 31% on real ENCODE data (447 → 308 MiB) and 35% on a larger synthetic workload (732 → 476 MiB). Measurements are medians of three runs. All compared compressed outputs matched byte for byte; runtime was roughly unchanged.
